About eTalent
eTalent Institute of Technology & Leadership, established in August 2024, is a U.S.-based nonprofit. We believe the Horn of Africa’s greatest resource is its people. Rooted in the Eritrean community, eTalent is building a model for AI-enabled education, career pathways, and leadership development with the potential to expand across the Horn of Africa.
eTalent harnesses AI, technology, education, and leadership development to equip youth with pathways to opportunity and prepare emerging leaders to shape a more peaceful, prosperous, and innovative Horn of Africa. Our ambition is generational: to help transform cycles of conflict and limited opportunity into pathways of learning, economic empowerment, innovation, and responsible leadership.
