Leadership in a Changing Geopolitical Landscape

Overview

eTalent develops ethical, capable, and globally informed leaders who can navigate uncertainty and help shape a more peaceful, prosperous, and innovative Horn of Africa.

As part of this work, eTalent participants take part in international leadership training. In July 2026, emerging leaders completed Leadership in a Changing Geopolitical Landscape, an international training programme delivered by the Geopolitical Studies Programme, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, in Prague, Czech Republic.

Purpose & Impact

  • Read the geopolitical landscape – analyze power, risk, and change across regions and institutions.

  • Make strategic decisions under uncertainty and pressure.
